Introduction
Visible Learning means an enhanced role for teachers as they become evaluators of their own teaching. According to Professor John Hattie Visible Learning and Teaching occurs when teachers see learning through the eyes of students and help them become their own teachers.
We have changed the way we use feedback and assessment to adopt a more Visible Learning approach:

Our children ‘lead’ their reports at the end of the summer. They use their Learning Journey to reflect on their key moments throughout the year and explain what has gone well and what they feel are their next steps. The teachers then respond to these reports. The reports are a highly personalised and reflective summary that celebrate success and support transition.
